Information you provide
Our New Member Registration form asks for your name and email address. Phone number, city or state, and your message are optional. It also records your agreement for DSOI to contact you about your registration. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry; do not send financial details, identification documents, or other confidential information.
How your details are used
DSOI uses these details to respond to your interest in visiting or joining and to arrange follow-up with a congregation leader. Registration details are not displayed on this website.
Form processing and email
When you submit the form, FormSubmit processes your submission and sends it to DSOI’s congregation inbox at devotedsoldiersofisrael@gmail.com. The submission is also handled by the email provider. FormSubmit may present a spam check. These services process information under their own policies.
Visitor analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, and website performance. The analytics dashboard is not public. These statistics help us understand which pages are useful; they do not tell us the names of visitors.

Request a correction or deletion
You can ask DSOI to correct or delete registration details held by the congregation, or to stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. Include the name and email address used in your registration so we can identify the relevant message. We may need to confirm the request came from you. Requests concerning a service provider’s own records are governed by that provider’s policies.
